Open Heart Energy offers a variety of mindfulness programs for organizations, corporations, groups, and individuals. Our programs are made of a combination of meditative and breathing techniques, aimed at reducing stress and increasing focus. Common Questions

Costs: session cost varies according to program requested. The following figures are intended to illustrate price range. Based on the client's unique specification, an exact fee would be determined and advised ahead of time. 

  • One-time workshop or session, for a group (up to 40 participants,) or an individual, as short as 30 min and as long as 90 min, costs $95-$195 (at the client's local location).
  • A series of 4, 8, or 12 sessions, typically 45 min, will cost $135, $125, $115, respectively, per session.
  • Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions, will cost in the range of $95-$115, depending on length of engagement. 
  • Please note that, as mentioned above, these prices are for illustration only. We will be able to provide a proposal and/or quote upon further discussion. 

Location: Some sessions can be done remotely, over the phone or by Skype. Most commonly, Mindfulness workshops are conducted at the client's location. If desired, a venue can be arranged, although additional cost (if for a group,) may be involved. Prices mentioned above are for a client location within approximately 15-20 min driving distance from downtown Cary, NC.
